Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care for neonates, infants, and pediatric patients.
• Administer respiratory therapies as per physician orders and established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to all facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized patient care plans.
• Perform equipment checks and troubleshooting to maintain respiratory devices in optimal condition.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record system.

Qualifications

• Current CRT certification required; RRT credential preferred.
• Valid South Carolina Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Two years of pediatric experience, specifically with neonates and infants, required.
• Certified in BLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend and during designated holidays.
