Landscape LaborerLaRiviere Inc. is seeking landscape maintenance for public works, commercial, and residential landscape construction projects in the Spokane, Washington & Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area. We offer some of the best pay and benefits in the region.We are looking for a skilled landscape laborers to assist with the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces.The landscape laborers responsibilities include soil preparation, planting, pruning, mowing, and watering, as well as maintaining gardening tools and equipment.Candidates with a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a keen interest in landscaping and horticulture are preferred.A passion for outdoor work, good physical condition, and the ability to work well in a team are all important qualities for this role.LaRiviere offers a generous benefit package to all our employees including medical insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and 401K. Physical demands include lifting, bending, kneeling, and the use of hand and power tools.Responsibilities:Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and toolsPlant, mow, weed, and water landscape areasTrim trees, shrubs, and hedgesInstall and maintain irrigation systemsApply fertilizers and other plant care substancesAssist with the design and layout of landscape plansRemove trash and debris from work sitesFollow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPECommunicate effectively with team members and clientsQualifications:Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferredFamiliarity with landscaping design and maintenanceKnowledge of local plants, trees, and shrubsAbility to operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipmentPhysical stamina and the ability to lift heavy itemsStrong teamwork and communication skillsLaRiviere is an equal opportunity employer.
