Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to aid in the ongoing expansion of primary care services and enhance access initiatives throughout the Philadelphia area.

This position is entirely outpatient, providing robust clinical support and the opportunity to develop a patient base within a mission-oriented, community-centered healthcare system.

• A well-established primary care practice with high demand

• Immediate patient volume ready for engagement

• 100% outpatient focus—no inpatient duties required

• Collaborative care model including Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and shared nursing staff

• Utilization of an integrated Epic Electronic Medical Record system

• Strong referral network within our healthcare system

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania

• Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages

• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions

• Focus on preventive care and effective population health management

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

• Ensure timely and precise documentation of patient interactions

• Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives

• Full-time outpatient schedule with 34 hours dedicated to patient care

• Flexible scheduling options are available

• Minimal on-call responsibilities (1:7 call schedule), limited to phone consultations
