Tenant Services Coordinator

Location: Irving, TX (On-Site) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 + bonus eligibility upon conversion Type: Temp-to-Hire We are seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to join a highly respected commercial real estate organization in Irving. Position Overview The Tenant Services Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors while providing administrative support to the property management team. This role is responsible for managing tenant requests, coordinating service work orders, supporting vendor contract administration, and ensuring an exceptional tenant experience across a portfolio of commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Tenant Services & Customer Support Serve as the primary contact for tenant requests and inquiries Manage and monitor tenant work orders through the property management system Coordinate communication between tenants, vendors, and property management Follow up on service requests to ensure timely resolution and tenant satisfaction Maintain tenant contact information and emergency contact records Assist with tenant move-ins, tenant events, and tenant relations programs Coordinate conference room scheduling and setup Administrative & Contract Support Assist with preparing and processing vendor contracts Maintain contract documentation and records Prepare reports and track service metrics Support security access management and badge administration Order office supplies and maintain office organization Front Desk & Office Operations Greet visitors and answer incoming calls Sort and distribute mail Provide administrative support to property management leadership Assist with filing, correspondence, and expense reporting Support basic office technology troubleshooting as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of customer service, administrative, hospitality, property management, or tenant-facing experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach Property management or commercial real estate experience is a plus Experience with real estate software is preferred but not required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
