Sr. Manager, Operations Finance
MILLENNIUMSOFT
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide actionable finance-based business intelligence.
- Perform month-end close, forecasts, and budgets.
- Develop business cases and financial models for various projects related to the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)
- Drive process improvement and automation to reduce compilation time, often in coordination with Global Business Services initiatives
- Consolidate, document, and present business drivers for other costs of sales and costing
- Review and present monthly finance reports
- Generate and approve monthly close entries and financial results
- Perform standard cost roll and budget preparation
- Minimum 5 years of relevant FP&A and accounting experience, including:
- Journal entries
- Month-end close processes
- General ledger management
- Financial planning
- Business analytics
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of SAP and BPC (desirable)
- Self-driven, proactive, and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and challenging environment
- B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA / CMA / MBA or working toward certification is desirable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
