Job Title : Quality Assurance Analyst – Consultant Duration : 12 months from projected start date Location : Columbia, South Carolina (Fully Onsite) Position Type : Staff Augmentation Interview Type : 1st round Virtual/Online, 2nd round preferred In-person Ceipal ID : SSC_QA743_SN Job Code : 9743 End Client : State of South Carolina Scope of Project As a Test Engineer/Analyst, you will implement the comprehensive testing strategy, protocol and procedures currently in place across multiple business process areas, systems and environments. Design, build, and maintain formal test plans and scripts, document testing outcomes, results, defects and resolutions. Make recommendations for optimal test coverage, methods and techniques to optimize testing efforts. Your expertise in test automation will play an important role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and accuracy of software applications and business processes. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify testing requirements, document processes to identify test scenarios, create and execute test plans and test cases, and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes. Responsibilities Partner with the Test CoE, functional and technical teams, and management in executing a comprehensive testing strategy, protocol, and procedures. Support test planning efforts for projects and normal changes to document business processes end to end and produce comprehensive test scripts for QA integration and regression testing. Participate in test strategy discussions and provide input on automated testing approaches. Maintain enterprise business process hierarchy and alignment of procedures/test cases. Configure and execute test automation tools leveraging the Test Automation CoE framework. Create, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca. Design test cases based on business processes and functional requirements. Execute automated test cases, document defects, and assist with root cause analysis. Manage test data and ensure availability for automated test execution. Generate test automation reports and maintain metrics and dashboards. Assist in training and mentoring team members on Tricentis Tosca automation best practices. Required/Preferred Skills 5+ years of progressive experience as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer/Analyst 5+ years of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices Moderate knowledge of Finance, HCM, Logistics and Treasury processes Ability to interpret requirements, functional and technical designs and produce testing artifacts Proven experience in test automation using Tricentis Tosca Knowledge of SAP, SaaS Enterprise Systems, and S/4 HANA migration testing Experience with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG Knowledge of SQL and database concepts Experience with CI/CD pipelines V Group Inc. is a NJ-based IT Services and Products Company with its business strategically categorized in various Business Units including Public Sector, Enterprise Solutions, Professional Services, Ecommerce, Projects, and Products.
