About the Role

Eggland’s Best is seeking a positive, organized Consumer Marketing Coordinator to strengthen consumer relationships and support programs that engage and excite our consumers and activate EB eggvocates. You’ll manage day-to-day consumer engagement and help execute shopper marketing programs alongside our team and agency partners. That means helping consumers get thoughtful, accurate answers, improving how we use our tools, and keeping marketing projects moving.

The role is roughly balanced between consumer engagement and shopper marketing coordination, offering hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility on a national food brand.

Key Responsibilities

Consumer Engagement and Community

• Respond to consumer comments, reviews and questions with empathy, accuracy and good judgment.
• Use approved product and brand information, and recognize when questions about quality, food safety, nutrition or claims need expert help.
• Work with internal teams and agency partners to resolve issues and follow through with consumers.
• Share recurring questions, concerns and positive stories with the team, and develop better ways to serve our consumers.

Consumer Programs and Tools

• Keep response guides and FAQs current, and improve how we handle consumer questions and follow-up.
• Help the team use consumer engagement platforms effectively, including FoodLogiQ, Bazaarvoice, Mailchimp and consumer promotions tools.
• Find practical ways to reduce repetitive work through AI and automation, with appropriate human review.
• Support consumer content, gifting, small creator partnerships and review programs, along with website and email engagement.

Shopper Marketing Coordination

• Help execute retail and shopper programs, including signage and marketing support for smaller and mid-sized accounts.
• Coordinate creative materials, deadlines and approvals with our team, agencies and partners.
• Track project progress, follow up on outstanding work and share results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shopper / consumer marketing, community management, social engagement, consumer care or a related field. Willingness to grow and learn.
• Strong writing skills and good judgment when communicating with consumers and partners.
• Attention to detail, strong organization and reliable follow-through.
• Familiarity with digital tools for social engagement, reviews or managing consumer contacts. Experience with the platforms listed above is a plus.
• Experience at a consumer brand, manufacturer or agency supporting consumer brands is preferred. Experience in food, CPG, wellness, healthcare, beauty or another category where accurate product claims matter is strongly preferred.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to take responsibility, learn and improve how work gets done.

The Opportunity

You’ll help shape how consumers experience Eggland’s Best while building skills across consumer engagement and shopper marketing. Your work will help the team understand our consumers, support EB eggvocates and bring marketing programs to life.

This position is bonus eligible and is based in-office in Parsippany, New Jersey.
