Job TitleHVAC TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesChange and service filters, oil & grease bearings and perform belt adjustment and replacement services.Cooling tower and condenser maintenance – coils, evaporators and tubesClean and perform routine maintenance as requiredPerform indoor air quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans.General housekeeping tasks that are required by the customer to operate mechanical equipment.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Ability to follow written and verbal instructionsValid Vehicle Operators licenseAbility to stand, sit or squat for extended periods of time.Ability to lift, move and carry material up to 50 lbs.Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work at extended heights.Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). i.e. but not limited to, Dust mask, gloves, eye protection and hearing protection.Ability to wear a company uniform and maintain a neat personal appearanceEqual Opportunity EmployerAs a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
