SRNA/CNA Schedule: Full-Time 12-Hour Shifts Day or Night Shift SRNA/CNA Requirement: Preferred minimum of a high school diploma or completed a GED program Current/valid Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide Certification required SRNA/CNA Benefits: Grayson Nursing & Rehabilitation Center offers a comprehensive benefit package as well as opportunities for professional development. • 1.00 per Hour Day Shift Differential (6am-2pm)
• 2.00 per Hour Evening Shift Differential (2pm-10pm)
• 4.50 per Hour Night Shift Differential (10pm-6am)
