Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Franklin, IN
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Integrity Trade Services is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our client in Franklin, IN. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service, sales experience, and a technical mindset who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

  • Serve as a trusted resource for contractors, municipalities, and project teams by providing knowledgeable product support and responsive service
  • Follow up with customers to sell products, resolve issues, and answer technical and application-related questions
  • Manage complex and high-value customer accounts and sales opportunities
  • Prepare accurate quotes, sales orders, invoices, and customer returns
  • Proactively follow up on quotes, open orders, and customer requests to ensure excellent customer service
  • Act as a point of escalation for customer concerns when needed
  • Provide product recommendations including pipe, valves, fittings, geotextiles, geogrids, erosion control, and drainage products
  • Maintain clear, professional communication via phone, email, and in person

Team Collaboration & Performance

  • Partner with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on customer success
  • Support strong sales processes, pricing accuracy, and service standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and service quality
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years of inside sales experience (industrial, construction, or distribution preferred)
  • Formal sales training or experience with structured sales methodologies preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer needs and accounts
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand needs and provide solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn and utilize ERP systems (Sage preferred)
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
