As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in our fast-paced kitchen, assisting our Chef and Sous Chef while ensuring food safety and quality at your designated station. Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes under the guidance of the Chef and Sous Chef.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned station, adhering to food safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy shifts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
This is a part-time position with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
