Production Supervisor - Nights

Supervise and direct the production processes in a manner, which optimizes machine efficiencies while producing quality products with a minimum scrap and conversion cost. Ensure direct reports and supporting workforce are suitable trained and performing essential functions. Provide upper management with consistently clear reporting while ensuring compliance to all company policies, corporate and plant procedures in support of policies, and any regulatory (ISO 9001) concerns. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supervise support of all Company policies - Safety, ISO 9001, company and plant procedures as well as relevant production department responsibilities. Leads production safety initiatives, and promotes a safe work environment through planning, observation, and execution.
