Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN Memorial Bridge at Autumn Lake Carneys Point, NJ $35-40/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with residents focused on improving daily function and independence. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist Assist residents with self-care tasks, mobility activities, and therapeutic exercises Reinforce adaptive techniques and safety strategies during treatment sessions Monitor resident response and communicate updates to the OT Maintain accurate treatment documentation Qualifications Active COTA license required Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required Direct Hire.
