What You Get:

• Hourly pay + 1.5x overtime when available
• Tips on top of your hourly rate (typically adds $1$3/hr)
• Free meal every shift you work
• 401(k) with company match yes, even for this role
• Flexible scheduling we work around school, second jobs, and life
• Paid training from day one no experience needed
• Promotion opportunities we have 30+ stores and we promote from within

What You'll Do:

It's not complicated, but it does move fast especially during lunch rush. If you can stay on your feet, keep a positive attitude, and follow a recipe, you'll do fine here. We'll train you on everything. You don't need to know how to make a sandwich on day one. You just need to show up ready to learn.

• Students who need a schedule that works around classes
• Parents who need hours while the kids are in school
• Anyone who needs a second job with flexible shifts
• People looking for their first job we'll teach you everything
• Anyone who just wants a reliable, honest place to work

Who This Isn't For:

• You can't show up on time
• You don't want to be on your feet during your shift
• You think food service is "beneath you"

About Us:

We're a family-owned company that operates more than 30 Subway locations across Houston, Conroe, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, New Caney, Cleveland, Splendora, Coldspring, and Cypress, and we're still opening more. We're not a faceless corporation. Your managers know your name, and if you want to grow, there's a real path we've promoted team members to store managers to district supervisors. If the store you apply to is full, we'll let you know about openings at nearby locations.
