$81,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute conventions, conferences, and large meetings seamlessly.
• Oversee event logistics from setup to breakdown, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
• Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring financial goals are met without compromising quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during events, prioritizing guest well-being and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related experience.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in hotel operations, event management, or conference services.
• Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with software like Delphi or other event management systems.
