Step into a dynamic role supporting students across multiple school sites as a travel Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work closely with diverse age groups and a range of needs, providing essential OT services throughout the school district. The assignment begins in August 2026 and runs through the end of the 2027 school year, with a steady schedule of 40 hours across five days each week.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license required (California)
• Previous experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT settings highly valued
• Expertise with cross-categorical populations and itinerant service delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable traveling between school sites as part of a cross-categorical caseload
• Committed to fostering student independence and academic participation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide direct therapy and consultative services
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to design interventions tailored to individual needs
• Travel between assigned school locations, serving students of varying ages and abilities
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Remain adaptable to diverse schedules and learning environments
