Production Worker

General Production Worker - Molding $22/hr | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Looking for a dependable production worker to join a small team in a molding environment. You'll rotate through different stations on the line to help produce foam and plastic products. Job Duties: Load materials into molds Spray molds to prevent sticking Operate simple production equipment Remove finished parts from molds Inspect parts for quality Follow work instructions and safety procedures Help keep the work area clean and organized Requirements: 6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience Comfortable with repetitive work and standing throughout the shift Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail Reliable attendance and strong work ethic What We Offer: $22/hr starting pay Steady 1st shift schedule No weekends Small team environment Opportunity to learn new skills and grow in manufacturing Work Environment: Warehouse setting with odors from the molding process.
