Unarmed Security Officers Needed In Anna, OH

The focus of a security officer at this site is access control and putting the safety of the client and each other first.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Foot patrol
• Vehicle patrol
• Mail delivery
• Access control
• Video monitoring
• Traffic control
• Pool car fleet upkeep
• Truck gate logistics
• Issuing badges
• Client call offs

Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, including marijuana
• Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time
• One or more years of security and supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Possess dispatching experience
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for security officers/guards
• Possess effective written and oral communication skills to accurately maintain completed logs and reports
• Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional manner
• Possess intermediate computer skills
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs, walking up inclines, and on uneven terrain
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
• Ability to follow established security protocols, while using initiative and good judgement
