What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers and supporting our sales team.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and inventory data.
• File, mail, and organize office documents.
• Process and prepare literature orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support daily office operations and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience required.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
