Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Warehouse Customer Service Coordinator to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This position works closely with warehouse operations, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate reporting, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.

Location: Fort Worth, Texas 76140 Schedule: Wed 12:00PM-6:00PM and Thursday-Sat 6AM-6PM Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Duties:

• Check drivers in and out and prepare shipping documents/BOLs
• Monitor inventory, track loads, and complete daily reports
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely problem resolution
• Manage customer orders, emails, phone calls, and delivery updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or warehouse clerical experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• JD Edwards experience
