What You’ll Be Doing: Providing 1:1 support to clients at their jobs in the community Coaching and encouraging clients as they learn job tasks and workplace expectations Writing clear, professional case notes and tracking progress Partnering with employers to support long-term job success Advocating for inclusion and meaningful opportunities for all What We’re Looking For: A positive, reliable, and solution-focused mindset Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations Comfort using technology to document and manage caseloads Minimum Requirements: 1+ years of experience in social services or an associate’s degree (or a combination) Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation Able to pass a background check and follow a drug-free workplace policy Willing to work a flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends) Proficient in technology and computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Skills: Experience working with individuals with disabilities Knowledge of DVR/DDA services Proficiency in Apple/Mac systems Ability to work a flexible schedule Perks & Benefits: Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays 401(k) with employer contribution Annual merit-based raises Ongoing professional development Flexible schedule and supportive team Essential Skills Needed: Ability to work independently and take initiative Quick learning and situational appraisal skills Willing to take direction, instruction, and correction Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrate professional maturity and appearance Resilient, punctual, reliable, and positive Competencies Needed: Experience teaching skills and/or coaching to individuals with disabilities Consultative sales skills and/or experience Previous experience with maintaining a caseload of clients Technical, report writing, and/or case note writing experience Highly effective time-management skills The ability to work collaboratively in a learning environment A high level of self-accountability, self-motivated Creative thinker and problem-solver Emotional intelligence, empathy for under-served communities Willing to make mistakes, learn, and demonstrate what you've learned Required Qualifications: Experience in social services or communications and marketing, an associate’s degree in social services or a related field, or a combination of experience and education may also fulfill this requirement. Must have a reliable form of transportation to visit job-sites and meet with employers. Must possess a good driving record, provide proof of current driver's license, and insurance. Must have the ability to satisfy a background check and comply with the company's drug-free workplace policy.
