About Us We specialize in in vivo research tools for neuroscience and tumor immunology, including fiber photometry, FLIM, brain slicers and small-animal imaging systems. Our products serve top universities, biotechs and CROs across 100+ countries. North America is our core strategic market, and we’re building a local field technical team to support leading PIs nationwide. Role Basics Based anywhere in the US; territory assigned based on your residence ~25-40% regional travel Reports to Global International Product Marketing Lead (HQ) Full-time field application scientist, no heavy sales KPI, focus on scientific technical support What You’ll Do Deliver pre-sales demos, experimental consultation & troubleshooting for in vivo neuroscience/tumor immunology labs Lead large long-term PI research projects covering neural circuits, optogenetics, tumor xenograft models & pathological analysis Collect US market & competitor insights, report directly to headquarters to drive product iteration Host academic webinars, on-site training and conference technical workshops Partner with US sales teams to build long-term academic customer relationships Must-Have Requirements Master’s or PhD in Life Science; Neurobiology / Tumor Immunology backgrounds are top priority Hands-on small animal in vivo lab experience Fluent English for independent academic communication with PIs Permanent legal work authorization in the US Minimum 1 year relevant lab or application support working experience Preferred Expertise Neuroscience: stereotaxic surgery, animal behavior, optogenetics, chemogenetics, fiber photometry Tumor Immunology: tumor model construction, in vivo tumor imaging, pathological section analysis Experience with brain slicing, fluorescence lifetime imaging systems Track record of independently managing multi-party research projects Why Join RWD Your lab expertise matches our core product lines perfectly Flat international team: your frontline customer feedback directly shapes R&D & global marketing strategy Dual clear career paths: Senior Application Scientist OR International Product Marketing management Fast-growing US business with long-term promotion opportunities as we expand #J-18808-Ljbffr RWD Life Science
