Job Summary (List Format):

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing clinical knowledge and skills in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Deliver direct patient care, monitoring and assessing patient conditions and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to infection control standards.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Demonstrate competency in emergency interventions as required by unit protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and licensure, including Illinois RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and trauma certification (TNCC/TNS/TCRN).
• Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Med Ninjas Job ID #18852. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
