This is not a traditional HRIS support role. You'll serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership, help shape the future of their UKG environment, and play an instrumental role in one of the organization's most important technology initiatives: the implementation of the newest version of UKG Pro Workforce Management.You'll join a highly collaborative HR team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and employee development. Reporting and analytics are highly visible throughout the organization, giving you the opportunity to create meaningful dashboards and reports that directly influence leadership decisions.
