Employment Type Full time Rotating Shift What You’ll Do Support daily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow Provide clinical leadership and supervision Coach and mentor nursing staff Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance Partner with leadership on performance improvement initiatives Serve as a hands‑on, visible leader Open Areas Include Congestive Heart Failure Medical Cardiology / Telemetry Emergency Department Qualifications Active Connecticut RN License BLS required (ACLS/specialty certs as applicable) 3+ years acute care RN experience Prior Charge Nurse or leadership experience preferred BSN required Why Saint Francis Hospital?
