Fleet Safety Coordinator
Forward Air
Forward Air is seeking a Fleet Safety Coordinator to champion safe, compliant operations across our transportation and warehousing network. In this role, you will oversee fleet safety programs, monitor driver performance, and ensure adherence to DOT and regulatory standards. You’ll conduct audits, support incident investigations, and coordinate driver training to reduce risk and improve safety metrics. Partnering closely with operations teams, you’ll analyze trends, recommend corrective actions, and reinforce our performance-driven, safety-focused culture in a fast-paced logistics environment.
