Outreach Worker

An outreach worker is responsible for reaching out to individuals and communities to provide information, resources, and support. The outreach worker will work closely with community members to identify needs and develop strategies to address them. The outreach worker will also collaborate with other organizations and agencies to coordinate services and resources.
