Location BCSA Arlington Office - Arlington, VA 22203 US (Primary) BCS Allegient is hiring for a Program Analyst to join our team at the Office of Naval Research in Arlington, VA. This position is onsite in Arlington, VA. Essential Job Functions The role involves using Microsoft Office 365 applications—including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Excel—to support daily operations and deliverables. Responsibilities include communicating clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, and working productively both independently and as part of a team. The position also requires organizing and coordinating meetings, as well as applying creativity, foresight, professionalism, and sound judgment to anticipate and address scientific, business, financial, or program management tasks. The position may also involve applying professional experience comparable to Legacy DAWIA or FAC-C, including completion of core training requirements for DAWIA Science and Technology Manager (S&TM) at Levels II or III and/or Business Financial Management (Business FM) at Levels I, II, or III, or FAC-C equivalent. Experience working with Navy ERP systems is also desirable. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university with at least five years of experience providing business and financial support to organizations with S&T. CURRENT Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance prior to award. At least three years of experience extracting and efficiently organizing cost analysis information for technical programs. At least three years of experience in tracking availability and use of funds and reviewing financial documents and plans for impact on program objectives and requirements. At least three years of experience supporting organizations with Science and Technology (S&T) and/or Research and Development (R&D) missions. At least three years of experience assisting in the annual phasing and planning process and assisting Program Officers in developing their spend plans. At least three years of experience responding to Data Calls which includes, but is not limited to, requests for information from multiple sources concerning technical, programmatic, and financial aspects of programs. At least three years of experience planning and executing meetings, workshops, and program reviews at a scale that may include a dozen participants from multiple businesses, universities, and/or government organizations.
