Dairy Frozen Inventory Stocker

Overview As an Inventory Associate, you will pick items from the backroom and stock the sales floor, ensuring customers have a variety of high‑quality items. You will maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements. Shift & Compensation Part‑time opportunities in Grocery Backroom, Frozen Department, and Dairy Department. Shifts: 5 AM – 1:30 PM Sun‑Sat or 6 AM – 2:30 PM Sun‑Sat. Responsibilities Build rapport with customers. Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language. Respond to customer questions effectively. Work in cold environments such as dairy coolers or grocery freezers. Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards. Utilize a forklift and other powered industrial tools. Picks items from the backroom inventory management system. Work backstock to inventory and keep track of product inventory. Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks. Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and product. This position applies to Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments. Qualifications & Skills Must be 18 years of age or older. Detail‑oriented and organized. Strong listening and communication skills, face‑to‑face and virtually. Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job‑specific technology. Problem‑solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot. Process‑driven; ability to follow procedures efficiently. Ability to stay calm in a fast‑paced environment. Desire to work with customers consistently. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.
