Job Title: Weaving Technician

Location: Burlington, NC

Shift: 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 3p-11p

Pay: $19-$27 DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial weaving equipment to meet production and quality standards.
• Set up weaving machines, load yarn, and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Use strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment and identify process issues.
• Repair broken yarn and make minor machine adjustments to maintain production.
• Inspect woven materials for defects, broken threads, pattern issues, and other quality concerns.
• Monitor machine performance and production output to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience operating industrial machinery, preferably textile or weaving equipment.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed work instructions.
• Ability to identify quality defects and make appropriate adjustments.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Previous textile manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
