Registered Respiratory Therapist-PEH

Location: 1010 Spruce Street, Espanola, NM. Compensation: Minimum $27.92 per hour, Maximum $42.63 per hour. Responsibilities Perform advanced airway care, including intubation and extubation, for infants, pediatric, and adult patients. Provide tracheotomy care when required. Proficiency in the use of high‑flow systems for infants, pediatric, and adult patients, including BPAP, CPAP, ventilators, and bubble CPAP. Perform electrocardiograms for infants, pediatric, and adult patients in the Emergency Department, Labor & Delivery, nursery, ICU, MedSurg, and PMG. Implement cardiopulmonary modalities and protocols for all patient age groups. Alternate functions in the Pulmonary department when required, including pulmonary function testing, Holter monitor placement, and cardiac stress testing. Perform other departmental specific duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy required. Current New Mexico Respiratory Care Practitioner Licence and Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials. Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
