Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate CNC and Wire EDM machines

* Program and edit G-code and conversational programs at machine controls

* Read and interpret complex GD&T blueprints and engineering drawings

* Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments

* Troubleshoot machining and EDM issues as needed

* Complete production and quality documentation

* Maintain equipment and support safe manufacturing practices

Requirements:

* 4+ years of CNC Machining and Wire EDM experience

* Strong programming and setup experience

* Experience with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls

* Ability to read and interpret GD&T prints

* Strong trigonometry, shop math, and precision measurement skills

* EDM software experience such as Esprit or Mastercam

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:

* Makino machine experience

* Additional high-precision machining experience
