Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, a privately held battery manufacturer based in Henderson, Nevada. The company designs and builds lithium-ion battery cells, packs, and energy storage systems for industrial, medical, defense, and commercial customers, and is scaling quickly to meet a major new customer contract plus rising demand from existing accounts.

If you're looking for a slower-paced, low-volume recruiting role, this isn't the right fit.

You'll report directly to the Director of Human Resources and own recruiting for the company's production hiring, currently more than 20 open roles, with more likely as the business scales. Headcount has the potential to grow substantially by year end.

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume production and operator roles, from sourcing through offer

- Screen large volumes of resumes and applications quickly and accurately

- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate fit for production-level roles

- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and local hiring events

- Build and maintain a deep pipeline to absorb high post-offer and background-check fallout

- Track candidates and requisition status within the company's applicant tracking system

- Support onboarding activities as needed

This is high-volume, fast-paced recruiting, not a slow boutique search. Expect large candidate pools, tight timelines, and meaningful post-offer fallout typical of production hiring.

:

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

- Experience recruiting for production, warehouse, or light industrial roles

- Proven experience managing high-volume requisitions and bulk resume screening

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for sourcing

- Able to work on-site in Henderson, Nevada, five days a week

- Experience running or supporting hiring events or job fairs

- Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles

- Prior experience supporting new-hire onboarding

- Familiarity with ADP or similar HRIS/ATS platforms

: $35 to $45 per hour, based on experience

: Initial 3 to 4 months, with strong potential to convert to full-time

: Monday through Friday

: 100% on-site
