Position Summary

Manages the terminal operations of the organization by implementing processes and procedures to maximize profitability and optimization.

Major Tasks And Responsibilities

1. Manages the daily terminal operations to ensure all operations are running efficiently.
2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
3. Monitors terminal and employee operations to meet and exceed service level agreements.
4. Audits current operations and finds areas of improvement.
5. Oversees the maintenance and repairs of the terminal's fleet management assets.
6. Creates and presents status reports to leadership on terminal operations.
7. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
8. Strategically allocates resources to meet operational requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 5+ years of terminal operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management tools.

Salary Range: $68,800.00 - $85,300.00 annually, based on experience. This position is bonus eligible.
