Job Title Project Management Engineer Location Moraine, OH, USA Job Summary The candidate will be a key player in the successful execution of construction projects, focusing on overall project coordination, financial budget, and any project‑related reports and records. Job Functions and Duties Responsible for overall project coordination and supervision. Responsible for overall project coordination. Responsible for creating, managing, and tracking project organizational structure and progress, and managing the project documents and coordinating with other departments. Responsible for preparing engineering budget and final account statements. Responsible for monitoring/verifying budget, actual project costs and final account statements. Responsible for approving progress invoices after review/approve by requesting department. Responsible for organizing project team meetings and preparing any project‑related reports and records. Requirements Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin. Ability to read, understand, and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and interpret a variety of written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. High level proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing. Experience: 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in AutoCAD. Education: BS Degree, preferably in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) majors. Physical Condition: Must be able to sit, stoop, reach, bend, stand, walk, lift, pull, push, grasp, talk, hear, see, and lift up to 27 pounds; 20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction; must comply with all safety standards, wear personal protective equipment, and adapt to high‑stress environment. Other Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft software (PPT, Excel), Oracle/SAP/PLEX or similar; travel from 10% to 40%. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Professional knowledge in project management, negotiation, and communication; critical thinking and creativity in manufacturing process design; troubleshooting and problem solving; technical proficiency in automotive glass manufacturing equipment; teamwork and collaboration; strong sense of project ownership, can‑do attitude, self‑starter; continuous learning. Training Fuyao internal manufacturing workflow. Work Environment Occasional exposure to extreme heat. Noise level is usually moderate.
