In this role, you will analyze individual and small business tax situations, prepare and review returns, and resolve complex tax questions through virtual support channels. You’ll apply up-to-date knowledge of IRS regulations while using Intuit’s data-driven, cloud-based tools to maximize customer outcomes. Working in an inclusive, collaborative team, you’ll continuously learn, share insights with product teams, and help innovate intuitive tax solutions that power prosperity for customers worldwide.
