The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for providing a welcoming environment for greeting customers and an exceptional lifestyle for residents.

Responsibilities include preparing payroll reporting, verifying accuracy and approving timesheets, preparing and discussing weekly schedule with Community Director, ensuring subordinates are in compliance with company policies and procedures, providing a warm and sincere greeting to all residents, prospective residents, and guests in the front lobby, communicating effectively on a regular basis with the Concierge, Bell Captains, and Community Director to update him/her on community operations, staying abreast of all policies and procedures as presented in the Policy and Procedure Manual and/or interoffice memos, and performing other duties assigned by the Community Director.

Qualifications include being punctual, dependable and a self-starter, having a "can-do" attitude, being a team player, customer service experience, a valid driver's license, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
