Regional Sales Manager

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth across a defined Midwest territory by managing existing leads, generating new business through referrals, and delivering product demonstrations to industrial customers. This role focuses on selling handheld and small-form analytical instrumentation, including X-ray, LIBS, and elemental analysis spectrometers, into predominantly industrial markets. This is a fully remote, field-based role with regular customer travel throughout the assigned territory. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Contact and manage customers based on inbound leads provided by the organization Generate additional leads through customer relationships, referrals, and industry networking Conduct follow-ups with customers via phone, email, and Salesforce Schedule and perform web-based demonstrations and onsite equipment demos at customer facilities Travel locally and regionally within the Midwest territory to meet with customers Utilize Salesforce for forecasting, pipeline management, and customer follow-up Transport and demonstrate company-provided analytical equipment at customer sites Participate in local and regional trade shows (a few per month), coordinated with the marketing team We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
