Job Title PRN Registered Nurse (RN) Employment Details Work Shift: 8 Hours - Varied Shifts (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 0 Compensation: Salary Range: $32.50 - $48.00 per hour Union Position: No Minimum 3 shifts per month required (including at least one weekend shift) Employer The Hillsboro Long Term Care (LTC) facility, part of Sanford Health. Responsibilities Utilize nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborate with residents, families, and inter‑disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Provide comprehensive care including preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment across all phases. Coordinate care, conduct resident assessment, educate residents, and perform nursing interventions. Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within job descriptions and competency levels. Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolve care and service concerns. Act within scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and state regulations. Follow American Nurses Association standards and Code of Ethics for Nursing. Qualifications Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred: CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs. Or possess multistate licensure under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) if applicable.
