Unit/Dept: Urgent Care Unit Details: Urgent Care / Clinic - ER EXP or high acuity UC EXP REQUIRED
Daily Volume: 24-30-36, Patients scheduled every 20 minutes
Additional Providers/Support Staff: Physicians, other NP's, and MA's/RN's for Support EMR System(s): Epic
Lic/Certs: CA Lic | BLS
BC/BE: BC Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days after completed app is submitted
Start Date: ASAC
Duration: 3 Months with option to extend, as needed
Shift: Weekend Position: 4x10s weekly (Friday - Monday - 11a-930p) or 3x12s weekly (Saturday- Monday - 9a-9:30p) | No Call Housing/Travel: All inclusive
Pay Structure: Preset
Notes: Covid Vaccination Preferred – will consider waivers Required exp : High Acuity Urgent Care cases – Flu, Sickness, I&D, Lacerations, Toe Nails, Fractures, etc. Provider must have High Acuity Urgent Care experience dealing with patients that are not sick enough to go to the ER but deal with dizziness, chest pains, cardiac care, imaging, Labs.
