Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 3 months (temp to hire) The business center is open from 7 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and 8 AM to 5 PM on weekends. You need to be fully available to work weekends, and your exact shift may vary depending on the business needs. Driving: Yes; possible driving up to 5 miles.

Most locations are 8:45-5:00, we have one site currently opening at 7am till 5pm and open on the weekends. Shifts vary from 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, and 9am-5pm. It is required that the candidates are available to work weekends. We are looking to expand another site to open on weekends which is why we need people with weekend availability. The hiring manager is seeking a Sr On-Site Service Specialist to fill a customer facing, hospitality role. This role will require assisting guests with business needs along with shipping and receiving. There will be lifting in this role, so candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. They should also be able to stand and walk extensively. Candidates must have a customer service background. There is possible driving, up to 5 miles. Manager needs someone who has open availability to include possible help on weekends as workload necessitates. This is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and assist guests with business needs.
• Handle shipping and receiving of packages, products, and supplies.
• Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Operate high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, and document imaging equipment.
• Perform copying, scanning, binding, finishing, and quality-control tasks.
• Use MS Office, email, and document management systems to open, save, transfer, and retrieve files.
• Assist with meeting room setups and other building/office support functions.
• Perform basic copier maintenance and troubleshooting when needed.
• Maintain organized and clean work areas.
• May support reception, file services, and other office operations as required.

Requirements

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and professional presentation skills.
• Basic computer and MS Office skills.
• Experience with office services, mailroom, shipping/receiving, or print/copy services preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must have open availability, including weekends.
• Willingness to drive up to 5 miles when required.
