You bring deep trade expertise, the ability to handle escalated equipment issues, and the experience to mentor and upskill the people around you. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who has seen a lot, knows their craft, and wants to put it to work in a fast-growing food manufacturing environment. Schedule: Monday – Friday; some weekends and overtime as needed Starting pay is $38–$40/hour based on experience, with a clear path to $39–$41/hour after year one.What You'll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This PartOwn escalated maintenance issues across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, welding, and other specialized tradesApply deep expertise in form-fill-seal equipment and related systemsServe as a technical resource for the maintenance team — helping troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex equipment failuresInformally mentor and upskill Maintenance Associates, Technicians, line leads, and operatorsAssist in onboarding and training of new maintenance hiresPartner with the Maintenance Manager to flag and escalate performance or safety concerns as neededWork within LOTO and all applicable safety protocols at all timesThis role is responsible for collaboration with other departments to identify and address food safety risks throughout the production processThis role is responsible for product quality & food safety and for maintaining hygiene conditions in the plantEnsures and promotes food safety throughout the facilityEnsure compliance with food safety and Good Manufacturing PracticesOther duties as assignedWhat You've Done and Who You Are10+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in CPG, food manufacturing, or pharmaceutical environments5+ years of form-fill-seal experience strongly preferredTrade certification in electrical, welding, HVAC, or a related field required — unless you bring 5+ years of equivalent hands-on HMC experienceOSHA 10 certification requiredDeep mechanical aptitude across multiple trades with a proven ability to handle what others can'tA natural teacher — you share what you know and make the people around you betterA relentless drive to get things doneFlexible, willing, and quick to learn new processes, new technology, and new ways of thinkingWhy You Might Like Working HereThis is going to be fun.Casual, friendly culture.
