Schedule service appointments for customers using our scheduling system. Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and check on customer satisfaction. Keep customer information organized and up to date in our database. Assist the Service Department in delivering a seamless, top-tier customer experience. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette. Friendly, upbeat, and positive personality. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
