Energetic Home Health Caregiver Position Available

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Home Health Caregiver to join our team in Vidalia, GA . As a Home Health Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and transportation
Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
Encourage and assist with physical therapy exercises and other therapeutic activities
Monitor and report changes in client's condition to the care team
Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and services
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

Requirements

Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
