Shipping Coordinator Location: Batesville, IN
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7AM–3:30PM
Pay: $19/hr Summary:
Coordinate international shipping, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery. Manage order processing, prepare export documentation, work with carriers, and resolve shipping issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship international orders
• Prepare customs documents and invoices
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders
• Track shipments and handle order processing
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations
• Resolve transit delays and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Experience with shipping systems (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, JD Edwards)
• Familiarity with Incoterms, export/import regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Kofax
• Preferred: Export/Logistics certification
