You'll play a key role in shaping quality standards, improving processes, and influencing both internal teams and global suppliers. You'll have real autonomy, work on cutting-edge products, and take on a leadership role within the quality function, with clear progression into management positions. You will be responsible for driving quality and compliance strategy, leading failure analysis and corrective actions, improving testing processes, managing supplier quality, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure products meet the highest industry standards. This role would suit a technically strong Quality Engineer with electronics experience who is looking to step into a more strategic, leadership-focused position. The Role:
- Lead quality strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage supplier quality and resolve defects at source
- Collaborate across engineering, production, and customer teams
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- Strong knowledge of electronics testing and failure analysis
- Experience with compliance standards (RoHS, REACH, etc.)
