About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Infrastructure to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the technology strategy that underpins its business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading infrastructure operations across North America, with a focus on supporting mission-critical supply chain and corporate systems. This role involves driving modernization initiatives across various technology environments, including data centers, cloud, network, and end-user, to enhance scalability, reliability, and efficiency. The Vice President of Infrastructure will also be tasked with guiding investment planning to ensure a balance between resiliency, performance, and cost-effectiveness, and will be expected to build and lead a high-performing team that is dedicated to continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President of Infrastructure position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years' experience in IT infrastructure leadership within large, complex enterprise environments. A proven track record in leading mission-critical infrastructure operations across multiple sites and experience in managing a large-scale data center are essential. The role requires a strong ability to collaborate with business and technology leaders to align infrastructure with strategic priorities and operational success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving modernization and be adept at balancing the various aspects of infrastructure investment planning.
