Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues, maintain customer records and update information as needed, assist with customer retention strategies, coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications: Communication and problem-solving skills, experience in customer service preferred, ability to handle high-stress situations calmly

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
