HR Specialist: Talent, Compliance & People Ops (Flexible)

Matick Construction Services is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to strengthen talent management, employee experience, and day-to-day HR compliance in support of company growth. This onsite role is based in Livonia, MI and focuses on recruiting operations, employee evaluations, benefits administration, and employment law compliance.
