We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARYThe Part-Time Events Janitorial/Housekeeping Team Member plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests during events. This position supports facility operations by maintaining restrooms and common areas, managing trash removal, and ensuring the overall appearance of the venue meets high standards. The role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a team-oriented event setting.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Act as a liaison between the venue and the guestsProvide superior customer serviceRemoval of trash throughout Complex as neededCleaning of restrooms throughout Complex as neededClean and organize designated areas for public use including Red Quad, White Quad, Blue Quad, Fastpitch Stadium, Space Coast Stadium, Junior Stadium, and other areas as needed.Maintaining cleanliness within common indoor areas including locker rooms, umpire rooms, etc.Demonstrate ability to work closely with co-workers and park visitorsKnowledgeable in all Safety Procedures with the ability to execute proceduresIdentify risk management opportunitiesConduct safety inspections and enforce all safety guidelinesPerform operating procedures relating to events and programsAdhere to all facility and SFM policies and procedures, and to all local, state, health and safety lawsPerform all duties as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust work well with othersAttention to detailsMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facilityCommitment to the safety and well-being of othersWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time both indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bendMust be able to work in varying weather conditionsWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noise The Sports Facilities Companies
